Back on track
It's good to "run" again. I have started Second Step (run/walking).For two weeks I am doing this:
- 10 min fast walk to warm up
- 10-15 min of run-walking... 1 min running - 2 min walking
- 10 min to cool down
So far I've noticed that it adds additional lap to my route.
Another observation... I went swimming afterwards and got a cramp.
Need to stretch after run-walking I guess... What do you think?
